Dr. Brusati holds a Ph.D. in Public Management from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and is currently Associate Professor of Management with Udine University, where he serves as scientific coordinator of the Laboratory for Research in Economics and Management. He is also Head of the Board of Net Europe IT & Public Administration EEIG, a public-private, Italian-Slovenian joint venture delivering e-health solutions. Since its establishment in 1999 he teaches in Bocconi University’s MIHMEP Programme; since 2009 he teaches also in Management Center Innsbruck’s Master in International Health and Social Management. He has worked as a trainer, a consultant or an evaluator in Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kosovo, Malta, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates, for the European Commission, the UN, WHO, UNDP, UNICEF, UNAIDS, the World Bank, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, FAO, OSCE and EUROCONTROL, as well as the International Council of AIDS Service Organizations, the Luxembourg Development Agency, the Soros Foundation, the Global Business School Network and the Italian Ministries of Education and of Foreign Affairs.
