Assistant Professor of Healthcare Management and Policy at Department of Policy Analysis and Public Management at Bocconi University. Since 2012, she has been the Coordinator of Health Economics and HTA Research Area at the Centre for Health and Social Care Management (CERGAS) at Bocconi University.  She was the Director of the Master of International Health Care Management, Economics and Policy (MIHMEP) at the Bocconi University School of Management (SDA) until 2015. In her career as academic, she was a visiting researcher in the Centre for Health Economics, University of York after being awarded Alan Williams Fellowship from the same institution. Her main areas of research and teaching activities include methodological issues in health economics and health technology assessment and use of economic evidence in health decision making. She is a member of the International Association of Health Economics (iHEA), European Health Economics Association (EuHEA). She is Secretary General of Italian Health Economic Association (AIES).  She has co-authored numerous papers in health economics, healthcare management and health policy in international scientific journals. She is currently Co-Editor of Value in Health.
